Recognition should follow the fact.
While practising, it is easy to remember where you clicked last time. Questions 107 and 110 show why that is unreliable. Both ask for the length of the Bundestag’s electoral term, but the answer lists differ.
First state the factual answer: the Bundestag is elected for four years. Then find that number among the options. Your knowledge remains useful if an exercise presents a different order or uses no answer letters at all.

The other three answers
Check each number against the same rule: the normal duration in Article 39.
2 years
Two years is shorter than the normal four-year term. Being listed first tells you nothing about whether it is correct.
3 years
Three years is second here. Someone who memorised only “B” from question 107 would therefore choose incorrectly. The number sought remains four.
5 years
Five years is not the normal Bundestag term. Decide from the named parliament and its legal duration, not a vaguely familiar number.
The learning technique does not replace the constitutional context.
Four years describes the normal electoral term, not the length of a sitting or a guaranteed tenure for every individual. Elections renew parliament’s composition; different political offices should not be lumped into the same timing rule.
Article 39 also contains rules for early dissolution and the new Bundestag convening. Those details are compatible with the simple exam answer. A repeated question does not require a different number merely because its question ID has changed.

The stable connection is “Bundestag – four years”. Position B or C belongs only to the particular answer list.
