The bear and shield are the main identifying features.
An upright animal alone is not enough: the third answer picture also shows one. There, however, it is a striped lion against blue. Berlin’s bear is black and its shield is light. Check the figure and background together.
The official description also specifies the red tongue, red claws and gold leafy crown with a masonry band. You do not need to recite these heraldic details for the choice. They help explain why an arbitrary drawing of a bear is not automatically the state coat of arms.

The other three answers
The other pictures differ clearly from the black bear.
1
Image 1 shows a white castle on a red shield. It contains no bear.
2
Image 2 shows a diagonal silver key on red. This design does not match the official description of Berlin’s coat of arms.
3
Image 3 shows a red and white striped lion on blue. Do not confuse that upright animal with the black bear on silver.
Distinguish the animal, state coat of arms and borough emblems.
Berlin has a state coat of arms; its boroughs may also display their own borough emblems. The question asks for the symbol of Berlin as a whole. A borough emblem or a freely designed bear logo would therefore not be a suitable replacement graphic.
The official rules permit reproduction for purposes including teaching and civic education, provided the emblem’s standing and dignity are respected. That does not make it an unrestricted business logo. Here, the unchanged catalogue graphic is separate from the explicitly fictional AI images.
Section 1 · State coat of arms · Berlin State Emblems Act ↗Berlin: a black bear on a light shield.
In this question the matching picture is numbered 4. The design matters more than the number.
