The number describes the parliament’s mandate.
The Landtag is Schleswig-Holstein’s elected parliament. It passes state laws, decides the state budget and scrutinises the state government. The electoral term specifies the normal period for which voters choose that representative body.
Five years does not simply mean five arbitrary calendar years. The constitution connects the term with the parliament’s first sitting and the next election. For the test, the important number is five; no particular election date is requested.

The other three answers
None of the other numbers gives the regular Landtag term.
3
3 is shorter than the constitutional rule. A political event after three years does not change that rule.
4
4 is not the length specified by Article 19 for Schleswig-Holstein’s Landtag. Do not transfer a familiar period to another election without checking.
6
6 is longer than the regular electoral term. Six years is not the rule here.
Distinguish the normal term from an early election.
The Landtag can end its term early with a two-thirds majority of its members while setting a new election date. Article 43 also provides a special procedure following a failed confidence vote. These procedures do not change the normal answer of five.
The question does not say how long a particular person remains Minister-President. A parliamentary electoral term and an individual’s political tenure are different concepts.
Article 19 · Constitution of Schleswig-Holstein ↗Schleswig-Holstein Landtag → normally 5 years.
Associate the number with the parliament, not an individual.
