Bundeswehr means more than the Army branch.
The Heer is only one service branch. The military organisation also includes the Air Force, Navy and Cyber and Information Domain Service. This distinction is especially useful when reading the English word “army”.
Article 87a of the Basic Law provides for federal armed forces for defence. Deployment is subject to constitutional rules; the Bundeswehr is not a private organisation acting without legal constraints.

The other three answers
The other answers refer to institutions with very different functions.
the German police
The police perform policing duties. They are not another name for the armed forces.
a German port
A port is a transport and cargo facility. The Navy uses ports, but a port is not the Bundeswehr.
a German citizens' initiative
A citizens' initiative is a voluntary group pursuing an issue. The Bundeswehr is a state organisation.
Do not equate it with everyday policing.
Apart from defence, the armed forces may be deployed only where the Basic Law expressly permits it. This does not create general responsibility for every domestic security task.
The catalogue's English answer “army” remains unchanged. “Armed forces” is the more precise expression for the entire military organisation.
Article 87a · Basic Law ↗Bundeswehr: armed forces, distinct from the police.
The Army is one part; Bundeswehr is the broader organisational name.
